Md. Abdur Razzaq
Founder and Chairman
Md. Abdur Razzaq, one of the leading business personalities of Bangladesh, has been awarded “CIP” (Large Industry, Manufacturing) for the 3rd time. He has been contributing significantly to the growth of the country’s national economy involving himself in manufacturing life-saving drugs and medical devices including many other medical accessories which are now exported to more than 41 countries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa after satisfying national demand. JMI Group now boasts entities in sectors including liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Industrial Gas, Cylinder & Auto tank manufacturing, Real estate, Printing & packaging, Engineering, Clinical trials, Garments, restaurants & coffee shops, transport & logistics, media, agro and education sector, forming 41 strategic business units while having the joint ventures with world-renowned NIPRO Corporation-Japan, South Korea, Turkey and China. Mr. Razzaq was born in 1963 in a noble Muslim family in the village of Azizpur under Senbag Upazila of Noakhali District. He is the son of Late Mr. Shafiullah and Late Mrs. Anowara Begum. He obtained his Master's in Economics from the University of Chittagong. He acquired vast experience and expertise in manufacturing medical devices from Japan. Mr. Razzaq has made remarkable progress in his business growth within a short period as he is very dynamic, energetic and talented; having an innovative mind that made JMI Group a very well-known business conglomerate in the country at the same time, and his relentless efforts bring international recognitions that have been published in NY Market Reports news (New York) and other global media for JMI. He aims to dedicate himself to the social and economic development of the country through fair business and CSR activities. His business is evolving centering on the sole motto – “to serve humanity”. He has visited 82 countries of the world, his dream is to build a “Mini Bangladesh” in every country of the world, and he believes that our young generation can work hard and take the lead to take Bangladesh to its desired position in the global market.

Mrs. Suriya Akther Rina was born in 1971 in Noakhali District, Bangladesh. She has completed graduation and post graduation degree from Chittagong University. She is the founder of JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd. She has lot of experience in Medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, LPG, CNG, Cylinders, export-import etc. Presently, Mrs. Suriya holds the position of Chairman of JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd. Mr. Hoi Kwan Kim was born in 1947 in South Korea. He is the founder of JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Limited. He completed M.B.A. He holds the position of Director of JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Limited, JMI Vaccine Ltd., JMI CNG Dispensing Ltd, Nipro JMI Company Ltd, JMI Hollow Block Co. Ltd. JMI Printing & Packaging Ltd in Bangladesh. He has lot of experience in the sector of Syringes & Medical Devices and he works more than 33 years in this sector. He has business in Korea and in China, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan and many countries in the world.

Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed

Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed was born in 1964 in Cumilla District, Bangladesh. He has obtained MSS & LLB from a reputed Institution. He also obtained DAIBB (Diplomaed Associate of Institute of Bankers Bangladesh) degree in his career. He has acquired diversified knowledge by attending different training, seminar & workshops from home & abroad. After completion of his education, Mr. Ahmed has started his career with Pubali Bank Ltd., as a Probationary Senior Officer in 1988. In January 1994 he has been promoted as Principal Officer. He was lastly posted as General Manager & Head of Principal Office, Pubali Bank Ltd, Chittagong. He lead and guided near about 800 officials of 61 branches of greater Chittagong. He has able to achieve competitive business target with his competent team members. He has served near about 29 years in banking sector with excellent record. He was branch manager of some significant branches in Dhaka city like Shahbagh Avenue, B.B Avenue, Foreign Exchange Corporate & brought a remarkable change in the banking system. He has also been awarded as the best manager for several times during his managerial assignment. Mr. Ahmed is very much qualified & sincere to his profession. He has vast knowledge on Banking sector, Finance, Foreign Remittance, Internal Control and Compliance, Fund & Core Risk Management etc.
Abdul Wahab Khan

Mr. Abdul Wahab Khan was born in 1961. He completed his LL.M. from Dhaka University in 1986. After completion of his education, he engaged with Judge Court as an Advocate. After that, he joined the BCS administration at Dinajpur Collectorate in 1988 as assistant commissioner and Magistrate. After that, he transferred to the Patuakhali DC office as NDC, then he transferred to Barguna as Thana Magistrate. In 1999, he was transferred to Betagi thana of Barguna as TNO after that he served as TNO/UNO at Khulna up to 2004. In May 2004, he was transferred to Comilla as ADC and ADM (revenue). In February 2006, he was promoted to DS. In 2007, he was transferred to the Ministry of Cultural Affairs as DS. In 2010, he was transferred to the Ministry of Land as DS. In 2014, he was transferred to NBR as a Law officer. In 2016, he was transferred to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare as DS. In 2018, he was promoted to Joint Secretary. On 30 March 2021, he retired from his Government service.
